Sparge using kuurna, juniper branches as false bottom
Collect 25 l to fermentation vessel cleaned with boiling water

Cool overnight outdoors at 0°C

Starter:
* 5 dl of wort
* 5 dl cold water from tap
* 25 g fresh baking yeast

Ferment overnight at room temp
